15 20 25 30 2 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION ANY object of the present invention is thus to provide a stackable pallet collar which becomes inexpensive to manufacture and / or is easy to stack and / or forms a stable box when your pallet collars are stacked on top of each other. This object is achieved according to a first aspect of the invention of a pallet collar comprising at least four pallet collar boards and at least four pallet collar fittings, the pallet collar fittings being attached to the short sides of the pallet collar boards so that they connect the pallet collar boards to each other. The upper side of the pallet collar boards has an upper cross-sectional profile and the lower side of the pallet collar boards has a lower cross-sectional profile which is pre-fitted with the upper cross-sectional profile, the upper cross-sectional profile and the lower cross-sectional cross-sectional profile. The fact that the lower cross-sectional profile is fitted with the upper cross-sectional profile means that the lower and upper cross-sectional profile have shapes adapted to position or lock two abutting pallet collars, when the lower cross-sectional profile of one pallet collar is opposite to the different diameter of the pallet collar. According to some forms of dehydration, the lower cross-sectional profile and the upper cross-sectional profile are complementary. The direction of propagation of the cross-sectional profiles refers to the direction obtained if, at each point in the cross-sectional profile, for example, a line is laid on top of the profile. In other words, it refers to the direction of the key at each point. If the profile has a first straight step from the inside of the pallet collar, where the profile rises upwards, then a second step where the profile is horizontal and a third step where the profile falls downwards towards the outside of the pallet collar, the cross-sectional profile has changed direction in three steps. If the profile is rounded, it changes the direction of propagation continuously. A straight, horizontal profile, on the other hand, does not change the direction of propagation. In other words, the concept that the upper cross-sectional profile and the lower cross-sectional profile change direction of propagation means that the upper cross-sectional profile and the lower cross-sectional profile, respectively, have a height or level which varies from the inside of the pallet collar board to its outside. By inventing pallet collar boards with upper and lower cross-sectional profiles which are shaped to each other and which change the direction of propagation, two pallet collars can be easily stacked on top of each other to provide a stable box after stacking. The beams will thus fit into each other and hold two superimposed pallet collars in place after stacking. In addition, thanks to this design of the lower and upper cross-sectional profiles, the thickness of the pallet collar boards can be reduced compared to a pallet collar with a straight, horizontal cross-sectional profile, and still a stable box can be provided by stacked pallet collars. As the thickness is reduced, the material consumption and thus the cost of the pallet also decreases. As the thickness is reduced, the weight of the pallet collar also decreases, which makes it easier to handle. According to one embodiment, the upper cross-sectional profile and the lower cross-sectional profile are designed so that they change the direction of propagation, either continuously or in steps less than 90 degrees. The timber from which pallet collars are normally built can have little problem with the former stability. If you have a profile with angles that are 90 degrees or greater, it can thus be a problem to get a working stack. With a lower and upper cross-sectional profile according to this embodiment which changes the direction of propagation continuously or in steps which are less than 90 degrees, a softer profile is obtained than a profile with angles which are 90 degrees or greater, such as tongues. This makes it easier to stack pallet collars on top of each other because you get greater tolerances during assembly but also during manufacture. That is, even if the dimensions deviate slightly from each other between two pallet collars to be stacked, the stacking will be easy to carry out and achieve a stable box. According to a second aspect, the invention relates to a pallet collar system comprising at least a first pallet collar and a second pallet collar, each formed according to the first aspect of the invention, and which are intended to be stacked on top of each other so that the underside of the second pallet collar top of pallet collar pallet collar boards. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS 10 15 20 25 30 The invention will now be described, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: fi g 1 shows a pallet collar in perspective view; and fi g 2a-2f are sectional views of pallet collar boards, from sections II-II in fi gur 1, according to different embodiments. DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Figure 1 shows a pallet collar 10 according to an embodiment of the invention consisting of four pallet collar boards 11 and four pallet collar fittings 12. Pallet collar fittings 12 are attached to the short sides of the pallet collar boards, in other words to pallet collar edges. pallet collar boards with each other. In this way, a wooden frame, also called a pallet collar, is formed. The pallet collar fittings can advantageously be designed in the form of hinges so that the pallet collar can be folded into a flat, elongated state when not in use. The pallet collar fittings can take any shape as long as they connect the pallet collar boards to each other. Figures 2a-2f show different embodiments of pallet collar boards in cross section. The pallet collar board has an upper side which has an upper cross-sectional profile and a lower side which has a lower cross-sectional profile. By designing the lower cross-sectional profile and the upper cross-sectional profile so that they are fitted with each other, and so that the upper cross-sectional profile and the lower cross-sectional profile change direction of propagation, either continuously or in steps, a pallet collar is obtained. That is, it becomes easy to stack a first pallet collar on top of a second pallet collar in that the lower cross-sectional profile of the first pallet collar is shaped to the upper cross-sectional profile of the second pallet collar. In addition, a stable construction is obtained because the cross-sectional curves change the direction of propagation, ie because the cross-sectional curls will change height according to their propagation. In other words, the cross-sectional curves are not flat, ie. horizontal. The pallet collar boards also have an inside 11c and an outside 11d when they form a pallet collar. By the inside 11c is meant the side which is directed inwards towards the center of the pallet collar, and by the outside 11d is meant the side which is directed outwards, away from the pallet collar. The direction of spread of the cross-sectional profiles refers to a direction from the inside of the pallet collar board to its outside or vice versa. The upper side of the pallet collar boards refers to the side that is directed upwards, from a surface during normal use of the pallet collar, e.g. when standing on a pallet. The underside of the pallet collar boards refers to the side that is directed downwards towards a surface during normal use of the pallet collar. Figures 2a-2f also show, with a dashed line, how a corresponding pallet collar board 21 belonging to a second pallet collar intended to be stacked on top of the pallet collar 10 would be placed on the pallet collar 10 to provide a stable box of two stacked pallet collars. Figure 2a shows a first embodiment where the upper cross-sectional profile 11a has from the inside 11c of the pallet collar board towards its outside lld a first straight, horizontal part, followed by a rounded part which is highest at the middle, followed by a second straight horizontal part, on the same height as the first horizontal part. The lower cross-sectional profile llb has a corresponding shape, complementary to the upper cross-sectional profile. Figure 2a also states a suitable dimension for the pallet collar board, the height h of the pallet collar board being 190 - 195 mm, and the thickness t of the pallet collar board being 14 mm. The height of the lower and upper cross-sectional profile is 4-5 mm. The dimensions of the thickness t and the height h, respectively, can suitably be in the range t = 13 - 15 mm and h = 180 - 210 mm, respectively. This thickness t is smaller than traditional pallet collars with straight, horizontal cross-sectional profiles where the thickness is around 20 mm. Figure 2b shows a second shape in which the upper cross-sectional projection 11a has from the inside 11c of the pallet collar board towards its outside lld a first straight, horizontal part, followed by a straight relatively steep upward part, with an inclination of about 60-75 degrees, followed by a straight upward part with about 30-45 degrees inclination, followed by a straight horizontal middle part which is highest located of the different parts, followed by a straight downward part with about 30-45 degrees inclination, followed by a straight downward part with about 60-75 degree of inclination, followed by a second straight horizontal part, at the same height as the first horizontal part. The lower cross-sectional profile 11b has a corresponding shape, complementary to the upper cross-sectional profile. Figure 2c shows a third embodiment where the upper cross-sectional profile 11a has from the inside 11cc of the pallet collar board towards its outside 11d a first straight, horizontal part, followed by a straight upwardly directed part, followed by a straight horizontal middle part which is located highest of the different parts , followed by a straight downward part, followed by a second straight horizontal part, at about the same height as the first horizontal part. The lower cross-sectional profile llb has a corresponding shape that can be complementary to the upper cross-sectional profile. The upward and downward portions, respectively, may have an angle with the straight horizontal portions which is about 30-60 degrees, or about 45 degrees. Figure 2d shows a fourth embodiment in which the upper cross-sectional profile 11a from the inside 1 lc of the pallet collar board towards its outside 11d has a rounded shape which is highest in the middle. The lower cross-sectional profile 1 lb has a corresponding shape, complementary to the upper cross-sectional profile. Figure 2e shows a fifth embodiment where the upper cross-sectional projection 11a from the inside llc of the pallet collar board towards its outside 1 ld has a former corresponding to that in figure 2c but where the horizontal portions closest to the inside 11c and outside 11d of the pallet collar board are missing. The lower cross-sectional profile llb has a corresponding shape, complementary to the upper cross-sectional profile. Figure 2f shows a sixth embodiment in which the upper cross-sectional profile, in contrast to the embodiments shown in Figures 2a-2e, has a concave shape, i.e. where the center of the cross - section is at its lowest. In other respects, this profile has the same former as the profile in Figure 2a, although it is turned upside down. In all the embodiments 2a-2f shown, the lower cross-sectional profile is complementary to the upper one. However, it is not absolutely necessary that it is complementary, it is sufficient that the lower cross-sectional profile is shaped to the upper one so that these can be placed in each other and achieve a stable stacking. According to an alternative embodiment, a pallet collar board can consist of two board parts arranged to each other by being joined together lengthwise. In this case, the pallet collar fittings are attached to the short sides of the board parts so that they connect the short sides of the board parts to each other. That is, the pallet collar fittings extend over two superimposed board parts so that they connect them at a height, in addition to connecting two adjacent pallet collar boards. According to one embodiment, the material for the boards is made of wood, preferably pine or spruce. The solution above has been described with reference to specific embodiments. However, the description should not be interpreted as limiting the scope of protection of the invention but should be seen as a way of illustrating the idea of the invention.
